Can a co worker see my emails through the exchange server?

Most of the information in this forum is way over my heard, but I need your
help in solving something. I have a co worker that I am almost postive can
see my email.

My question is can a co worker see my email through the exchange server if
he has access. We are both in sales and a while back he was setting some
things up for our group in act adn I beleive may have been given access to
the
exchange server.

Under inbox properties it is checked (Automatically generate microsoft
exchange views).

Can this person now go to the exchange server and see my emails??

I don't have a problem with others in my organization seeing my email it is
that the person I suspect of viewing my emails is on the same echelon as
myself and just another co worker.

Any feedback anyone may have on this suject would really help

If the person has appropriate permissions either on the folder level (which you can check in the Inbox's Properties dialog) or at the mailbox level (ask your administrator), yes, he can see your messages.
