Some of my co-worker has experience having problem receiving email. People
sent an attachment (PDF file), the sender sent it twice but my co-worker
still didn't receive it. The sender didn't receive any message.

I checked the Event Viewer in the server, I didn't see any strange thing
happening. Any idea?

Thanks.

I know this may be obvious but check the following:
1) Some ISPs (& exchange settings) can limit the size of
emails...usually set at a couple of Megs so it doen't slow
down traffic.
2) Typos. It could be your client has a typo in your co-
workers email address but your client should have received
a NDR unless the typo is the correct address for someone
else.
3) Return address typo. Check your outlook settings to
make sure your return address doesn't have a typo.
4) Check your "badmail" folder on your server if you are
using exchange.
5) Make sure all your exchange services are running (if
you are using exchange)

Send a test email to your co-worker with a pdf file to see
if they get it. That will tell you if it is your co-
workers problem or your clients.

Good luck.
