Camera Wizard Problems

Ever since I upgraded to SP2 my Kodak Easyshare doesn't bring up the camera
wizard. Checked properties and can test camera (passes) but when I try to
sync time it says "Unable to sync with camera".

Also, since update when I turn on computer none of my icons load. Have to
'logoff' using ctrl-alt-del and log back on before I can use (or even see)
start menu or desktop icons!

Help?

I have had the same problem with an Olympus D510. When I was using SP1 I
could use the Camera wizard and download directly innto My Pictures. After
several frustrating trys, I figured out you mustgo into my computer and click
on the temp drive letter shown after your camera is connected. This shows a
file with the pictures. Then just move the file back to my pictures. It is
not as easy as before but it works. I wish SP2 worked the same as SP1 for
this issue.

Had same problem. Worked OK with SP1, but quit working with SP2. Removed
Real Player and used fixes in "Autoplay wizard not working....", posted 11/1,
and now autoplay wizard is working again. Happened on two computers, both
had Real Player installed - GET RID OF IT!

Using FinePix software WindowXP wouldn't recognize it. Therefore I could not
transfer pics from the camera to the PC.
I removed RealPlayer 10 and the problem is now resolved. Thanks.
