camera trouble

I am running Windows 2000 Professional on my computer. I
cannot get my camera software to install this time. I had
it installed about 2 months ago and was working fine. Had
to reload entire operating system and since then having
trouble. This is the message that I am getting:
1607:Unable to install InstallShield Scripting Runtime.
Does anybody have an answer or some ideas for me?? Thanks

Did you check with the camera manufacturer ??
