calander question

Jim B.

Is there a way to copy or transfer my Outlook 2003 calander on my laptop to
my 2007 Outlook on my desktop. Maybe with a cable between the two computers
or making a data disk?

thanks,
Jim

Hi Jim,

you can "copy" your complete PST file (this is the file where your calendar
information is stored) to the desktop computer (with a USB stick or with a
cable).

Then you can open this PST file in your Outlook on the desktop (In Outlook >
File/Open/Personal Folder PST) and then you can copy/move your calendar
items from one calendar to the other.

Information about how to move/copy PST files and how to reconnect PST files
are on this site:

Copy the Outlook folder structure (use this only for Calendar) to another
computer
