copy data from 1 outlook to another

is there a way I can copy and past appointments and contacts from my old
laptop that uses Outlook 2003 to my desktop that is using 2007? Maybe with a
cable or something or copy the data to a disk?

Copy the .pst file. Then use File -> Open to open the .pst file. Drag
whatever you want in that message store into your current message store.
