Cache/Rollovers problem

Recently started having issues with image rollovers on websites. The rollover
state of images is reloaded from the site regardless if it has already been
downloaded. IE settings are set to 'Check for newer versions of stored
pages: Automatically' and changing this doesn't seem to have any effect.
Currently running Windows XP Pro with Sp2.

What headers is the site sending down for the images? You can check using
something like Fiddler (www.fiddlertool.com).
