burning tracks and adding trascks to a CD

I want to add tracks to a CD i have aready burned but i keep getting the
message put a blank CD in I have tried dragging the tracks i want to add but
still they won,t add to the existing CD also can youadd tracks as you play
the CD or not???.

If you have burnt a CD-R and have finalised it, then you can't add tracks to
it - its full even if, in theory, its not.

If you burnt it as a multi-session then you can add tracks until its full.

So, you've probably done the first and in which case you're buggered !
