Burning Picture CD

What program do I need to burn pictures from my digital
camera to a CD. I have easy CD creator but it says I
have to upgrade to make a photo album.

I have been trying to burn the CD's using Nikon View
which came with my camera but when the Wizard says to put
in the CD, it's not recognizing it.

MY QUESTION IS: How can I put my digital camera pictures
on a CD.

You don't need anything, this is a built in function of XP.
Look at the post by Stephanie just below for directions on how to use XP to
copy photos to a CD.
If you have an old version of CD creator it will probably interfere with
the XP procedure. You will need to update the software to at least version
5.3.

To find your version, start CD creator, click on help and click on about.
The version you have should be displayed.
You can update from the Roxio site and the update is free. Make sure you
follow the directions when downloading and installing the update.
Of course, they will want you to upgrade to version 6, for $60.00, instead
of updating!
