[BUG] When deciding to not remove any "spyware"

I just had a recent quickscan run. Once it completed it
found 3 "threats" on my system. Since these were not
threats I chose to not remove them. When I chose ignore
on all and clicked on continue it warned me so I said ok.
Next step though it wanted me to close IE to "make
changes". Only problem is... there were supposed to be no
changes. Only thing I could do was exit program.
Completely.

I had the same thing when I checked always ignore for an
FP that it found (searchsquire in zonemap\dommains key to
put searchsquire in restricted zone). But I just OK'd
through all the messages. It did not close IE and seemed
happy enough. But the messages are confusing.
