no option to remove spyware

In histories in windows defender it says it found a spyware called
clickspring purity SCAN and its a high risk but yet it said action taken
ignor and in the same day later on same spyware and it days action taken
removed. Ive rt clicked on it to see if it will let me remove it but nothing
happends, and all my settings r corect and r set to remove high threats, any
helps appreciated.

Can you let us know what the spyware is and where its being detected ?

Any clues in the System events log you can see?

Can you tell me what antivirus product you are running?

What is the fully qualified name and path to the file(s) deemed infected
with the spyware ?

Is this occuring in a corporate environment or on a home system/network?
