Bubble pop-up!

Ever since I started SP2 I get a bubble popup that says my computer is
at risk because I have their security turned off. I use Kaspersky's. Can
someone tell me how I can turn off the bubble? Thank you.

Go to the Security Centre in the Contol Panel, click on the
"Recommendation..." button under Firewall, and in the Recommendations window
tick "I have a firewall solution that I'll monitor myself."
