Browser problems

The home page of my ie browser changes repeatedly to
http://cool-search.ws/index3.html or
http://81.211.105.9/search.php?v=1
i tried removing this entry from regestry...
the problem is not yet solved.
please help.

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded.

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.
