Browser Hijacked

My browser has been hijacked. I ran Norton and SpyBot and
still no luck. I cannot run IE from the desktop. The
homepage states www.msn.com, but when I click IE it goes
to C:\WINDOWS\nhckiyyqy.htm#http://www.msn.com/. If I
right click on my network places and click on explore and
then click on IE I can use the internet without a
problem. When a new window opens it goes to
C:\WINDOWS\nhckiyyqy.htm#http://www.msn.com.


Please Help!!!!Anyone

Try downloading hijackthis...it will find the problem.
