Broadcasting w/WMS

Trying to broadcast a live PPT2003 presentation thru a
Windows Media Server. The error ("failed to start WMS ASF
session) suggests PowerPoint2003 and Windows encoder 9 are
incompatable. Has anyone else seen this? Where can I
download Windows Media Encoder v4.1? Thanks for any help.
