Brick color scheme and Add Remove programs Icons missing labels ..

I note what I believe is a bug with Windows XP Pro at SP1.

It seems that if have open the Add/Remove Programs Control Panel
applet, the 4 ICONS on the left of App have text labels associated
with them ie "Change or Remove Programs", "Add New Programs" etc.
However if I change the Destop color scheme to "Brick" the text
associated with the icons dissapears. I have confirmed this to be the
case with two of my Windows XP Pro installations.

Is it just me or do others have this problem? I've searched Google and
support.microsoft.com to no avail.

Not that it is serious just interesting ...
