I can't Figure it out! Im running XP Pro under
administrator and every time i log in to my account the
main icons on the desktop (my computer network..etc)
change back to the default windows icons. i had changed
them to my own. also every time i set it to no sounds in
the sound scheme menu it resets it back to the windows
default sheme.. what is going on!!! I have never had a
problem with this before... Hope someone can help its
really annoying..

Hi,

See if this edit helps:

Save Settings on Exit (Line 54)
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
