can't remove icons from add/remove programs

i've remove programs from my computer and now i have icons that wont go away i even checked the registry coudn't find anything if someone knows a solution please help.

Hi,

Where are these icons located ? If they are in the past items of the
notification area, then you may download and apply the following edit :

Remove past items from notification area (line 53, left column)
