Bottom toolbar style

Maybe this is trivia......but the bottom toolbar used to have
icons on a dark background, and now it's light gray. Where do
I go to change its style?

Cancel above request. Found it in Control Panel>>Display etcetera.
Don't know why it reverted to some default, but now I have it back.
