Booted from Outlook when accessing the Contact list

I'm using Outlook 2000 with Exchange 20000. I have one user who can access
the contact list and edit it (add, change, delete) contacts and send mail to
a contact from inside the contact list.

When they create a new mail, click TO and got to the Outlook Contact list
they get booted out of Outlook, no error of any kind. They have no problem
picking a name from the Global List.

When they type in a name that's in the Global List it works, when they type
in a name thats in the Cotact list they get booted out from there as well.

This only just started happening today after she started adding nicknames to
the contacts

No clue what to do since it's not generating any error.

Have already tried the turn off/on. The problem is consistant.

Thanks
John

It may indicate a corrupt Outlook Address Book Service. Have you tried
removing the service form the local Outlook profile, restarting Outlook, and
re-adding it again?
