You should be able to view it in the Windows Photo & Fax Viewer. Right-click the
image, properties, opens with... change.
Empty your Internet temp files and download the image again. Right-click the browser
icon, properties, delete files; or within IE, tools, Internet Options, delete files.
When your cache is full photos will download as .bmp, normally you will find they are
..jpg's or .gif's.
