Photos in 'bmp' form...

When I want to save a photo into My Pictures folder, the
photo is always in 'bmp' format. (The flie name is
always 'bitmap', as well.)
How do I change my Windows XP settings to always set the
photo format to 'jpeg' format when the oicture is
downloaded on IExp? Thanx!!
