Blue screen of Death after Shutdown

Hi

I have finally got the blue screen of death. Now I hope someone can help me.

At the top it reads IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

then the numbers are 0X2246704E, 0X0000001B, 0X00000001, 0X82468332

Does anyone know what is causing this?

Yep, a device driver is the problem. The question now is which one. Is a
module mentioned? Is a dump file created?

C:\Windows if it's a full dump, C:\Windows\Minidump if it's a mini-dump.

Hi,

That's about as specific as you can get, unless you altered the advanced
system recovery settings those are the default locations. Do you have folder
options set to see hidden and system files? You need to in order to be able
to see them. Go through the Control Panel/Folder Options/View tab and
uncheck the line that hides operating system files and set the hidden files
to "show".

Either C:\Windows\memory.dmp or C:\Windows\Minidump\minixxxxxx-01.dmp (where
xxxxxx is the date the dump was created).
