blue screen - multiple irp requests - Help me !!!

Scanning the system with Pc ciling online scan, and with McAfee
antivirus installed, system crashes and I get a blue screen with message
"multiple irp complete requests", then the system reboots.
Before this blu screen, the only thing I did is the online scanning with
that antivirus.
How can I solve the problem?
HELP ME pleeeaaaase!

It sounds like PCcillin installed something in conflict with McAfee and
since the system crashed was not able to remove it prior to exiting.

Try rebooting in Last Known Configuration and see if everything is put back
to normal.
If not, reboot in Safe Mode and do a System Restore prior to your PCcillin
scan.
