Can anyone help with Outlook 2007 images in email problem.

Everything was working fine in Outlook 2003 then upgraded to 2007, worked
fine for a few day and now I get blank image holders where pictures used to
be.

If I click on it, I get a 'copy' message and if I click on it, the picture
opens in Word 2007

Is this when composing a message or when receiving a message?
Are these images linked from the Internet or are they embedded in the
message?
What did you change since the last time it worked?
