Blank Screen

When I start MS AntiSpyware the screen is blank - I get
the background graphic but no controls are visible. If I
use the menus to get to the options then some screens
become visible. If I click the Spyware Scna button (when
it is visible) it shows me the results of my last run but
when I click on the link to take action on the results -
back to the blank screen it goes.

I have seen this on 2 machines, 1 running win2k and the
other XP. Any suggestions? Known problem?

Disable Microsoft AntiSpyware in the notification area, right click the
bulls eye icon, click "Shutdown Microsoft AntiSpyware" Go into Control Panel

Ad/Remove Programs and uninstall Microsoft AntiSpyware. Navigate

c:\Program files and delete the Microsoft AntiSpyware folder.

Restart and install Microsoft AntiSpyware to a non-default location such as
c:\MSAS

Have tried unistalling and reinstalling twice with exactly
the same results - the main screen is blank and the
program will not run (or at least will not let you see and
respond to the results).
