Blank Scan and Summary Screens

I am having an issue on one laptop where after I have
installed and updated the antispyware, the scan and summary
screens are blank.

When I launch the program, it takes some time for it to
load. I then try to go in and do a scan, click on Scan
Now, it goes to a blank screen and does nothing.

I have searched these newsgroups to see if I can find some
answers and the only thing I have found is to remove it and
reinstall into another location such as MSAS. I did that
and am still having the problem.

I have installed this to other laptops that use the same
image as the one that is having problems so I cant pinpoint
what the problem is.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Disable Microsoft AntiSpyware in the notification area, right click the
bulls eye icon, click "Shutdown Microsoft AntiSpyware" Go into Control Panel
Ad/Remove Programs and uninstall Microsoft AntiSpyware. Navigate
c:\Program files and delete the Microsoft AntiSpyware folder.

Restart and install Microsoft AntiSpyware to a non-default location such as
c:\MSAS
