Diane Poremsky said:The contact was edited at some point to remove the birthdates - most likely
during a sync. The only way to get the dates back is by adding them back
yourself. There is not an automated process. (If you have a backup you can
copy the contacts from it.)
When you create a contact and add a birthday, outlook creates the event on
the calendar. This calendar event is not deleted when the birthday is
deleted from the contact.
