Binary, Decimal, or Hex for Value data for 48-Bit LBA Support ?

Regarding the Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 305098
(48-Bit LBA Support for ATAPI Disk Drives in Windows 2000)
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;305098&Product=win2000
I need to add the value per the instructions:

Value name: EnableBigLba
Data type: REG_DWORD
Value data: 0x1

But, the article doesn't specify if the "Value Data" is supposed to be
Binary, Decimal, or Hex!

Which is it supposed to be?

TIA
Chris

PS: My computer is going to sit with regedt32 open, and stuck at this last
step, until someone can help me...
....and I really hope I don't get multiple answers, each telling me a
different answer! :]

Hex.
0x1 <== means hex numeral 1
