48-bit LBA large-disk support in the registry

Recently I bought a Western Digital 200 Gb EIDE hard disk
to my Dell workstation with Windows 2000/Service Pack 4.
As i started to install the device I found out that
Windows 2000 does not support hard disks over 137 Gb
without software (registry) update.

Windows Knowledge base article indicates that you must add
or change the EnableBigLba registry value to 1 in the
following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services/Atapi/
Parameters. You should then choose Edit Menu, click Add
Value and then add following registry value:

Value name: EnableBigLba
Data type: REG_DWORD
Value data: 0x1

When I click Edit menu I do not get Add Value choice so I
cannot fill in the information. A friend suggested that I
should right click the area on the right, and choose
String Value. It did not lead to solving the problem, as
again I could not fill in the required information!

MS instructions are faulty or inaccurate, what should I do
in order to fill in the required modifications to
registry??
