Big Empty Space in Add/remove Screen

Hi,
I am running Windows XP SP2 NAV 2005
When I click the control Panel in the Start Menu and then the
"Add and Remove" button, I can see only a few installed programmes listed on
top of the screen and have to scroll down right to the bottem half to see
the rest of the programmes installed.
Had tried spyware removal softwares found nothing.
Can some one please help me to restore this to the normal screen?
Thanks a lot

Hi Kelly,
I downloaded both the programmes
-Autocad Fix
-Autodesk Land Desktop 3 Fix
and run them one after the other but this did not help either.
Very puzzling.
Tried the regedit, but did not quite understand where to remove the last
application list so I abandoned it.
Further help will be most appreciated.

Check in the Registry at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall.
Usually the entry is defective, that follows the last item which is
displayed before the white space. Remove it. You can make an
additional Restore Point or simply export the whole
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
key before to make sure that you can undo this operation.
