Best VNC viewer for Windows?

So far I've been using the TightVNC viewer to access VNC desktops from
Windows. It works OK, but it is a bit basic. I would like a VNC viewer with
the following options:

- Ability to smart resize the desktop picture when viewing a remote desktop
with larger resolution than the local one, for instance when viewing a
1024x768 desktop on a computer with 800x600 local resolution. This only
works so-so with Tight.

- Easily toggle fullscreen/windowed mode etc, without using the CTRL-ESC
workaround. A popup bar similar to the one in the Windows XP RDP remote
desktop viewer would be nice.

- Support for intercepting certain keyboard shortcuts (such as alt-tab) and
pass them on to the server rather than execute them locally.

Under X/KDE there is a remote desktop viewer that works just perfect for me,
but unfortunately this is not (AFAIK) available under Windows. I also tried
UltraVNC, which would have been perfect if it actually worked, but in it's
current state it is too buggy and unreliable to be of any actual use for me.

Any suggestions?

Try it again. UltraVNC 1.0RC18 has proven to be perfectly stable in
every environment I have it installed in. It's by far the best
all-around VNC, IMO.

I did. The autoscaling, which is quite important to me, is totally screwed.
Whenever I open a full screen view to a 1024x768 display from an 800x600
client UltraVNC locks to what seems to be 62%, giving me a 635x476 image
with a lot of black borders along the right and bottom edges. Also, I cannot
specify a custom zoom level more accurate than every 5%. With the Tight
viewer I can at least specify a 800x1024 ratio, which more or less works.

The server, if that matters, is also running TightVNC. The OS is FreeBSD, so
running UltraVNC on the server is out of the question.
