Multi-user server software for WinXP or Server2003

Hi,

I'm looking for a free alternative to Terminal Services in Windows
2003. If it can work on WinXP too, it will be even better

Whan I actually want, is to have a server software running on my
Windows Server 2003 (or WinXP), and a client PC can connect to it,
using tools like Remote Desktop, or VNC viewer, and work on the server.

What I need actually is several users can connect simultaneously
(actually I don't to be to many, 2-3 will be enough), every logged user
will see his own desktop (like terminal services, or Citrix)

With VNC, all connected users can see the same desktop, and this is not
what I want.

With VNC, all connected users can see the same desktop, and this is not

VNC has 4 separate consoles, read the docs.

What do you mean? Where in doc to look, I searched but didn't find it.
