I hear a beep in my external speakers (not pc speakers) at startup and
sometimes at different ocasions.

What is causing this?
I have turned off all sounds in audio properties.

Because there may be something wrong with your computer. Check with the
computer manufacturer for the appropriate beep codes.

By "external" you mean a separate set of speakers that you own and have
plugged in to the computer and not the speaker that is built-in to the PC
case, right? If so, then I don't think the replies about this being the BIOS
are valid, because the BIOS makes sound through the PC speaker.

To disable system beeps:

1. Copy below and paste into Notepad.

----------copy inside only----------
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Sound]
"Beep"="no"
"ExtendedSounds"="no"

----------copy inside only----------

2. Save-as Beep_Off.reg (or any name + .reg)

3. Double-click or right-click and merge into the registry.

Had it be BIOS it should be before starting Windows, isn't it?

Yes. It should occur at the end of the POST (Power On Self Text) and
before Windows starts to load.
