BCC Field

I got a mail from some one who is working with our organisation. but this is
not marked to me not on the To field nor on the CC field but at the BCC Field.

Please advise how can i view this field on the messages appearing at my Inbox.

you can add the BCC field to the view (View menu, find the option to
customize) but you won't see all the names it was BCC'd to, because the
envelope is not included with the message.
