e-mail bcc

Whenever I send an e-mail and I want to put an address in the bcc field, it's
necessary to click on the cc field in order to get the bcc field to show. Is
there a way to set up the e-mail message template so the bcc always shows?

Sure, but instructions depend on your version of Outlook and (if <2007) if
you use Word or Outlook as the email editor.
