Bauldurs Gate Automatically restarting

Hey guys. I was wondering if someone could help me
with this problem. It seems that when I play Baldur's
gate or IceWind Dale my computer automatically restarts
about about 3 min of game play. I've looked at my even
log and here is the following error message:

Error code 0000007f, parameter1 0000000d, parameter2
00000000, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 00000000.

(it says that the file in error is faultrep.dll?? Two
files match this description and are in the following
directories c:\WINDOWS\system32 and
C:\WINDOWS\servicepackfiles\i386)

If you got to the link it says that it failed due to
a device driver. I have the most updated drivers for
everything I can think of. Here are my computer spects:

Windows XP Pro
Amd Athlon 1.4 Ghz Thunderbird
512 mb SDRAM
GeForce3 64 meg SDRam
80 Gig Hrd Drv 7200 rpm 8mb buffer
Sound Blaster Audigy Gamer

I also found this error message:
