Banners not publishing in shared borders

The top banner and side link bars no longer publish after
upgrading FrontPage from 2000 to 2003. The text and
images appear in my shared borders, but the webbots no
longer publish. They appear 100% correct in the FP2003
preview and in my local browser, but do not appear after
publishing. The web URL is http://www.jetcosys.com/.
The remote website has FP extensions installed. What am
I missing?

I believe some of the coding has changed

Delete all the temp files first.

Try deleting the object, save the page and reinsert with 2003.
Recalculate hyperlinks

Publish overwriting all pages.

Try upgrading your site to use Dynamic Templates (DWT).
