bad_pool_caller

My Dell XP desktop has experienced an error while starting up. I got bad_pool_caller error with STOP: 0x000000C2 (0x00000043, 0xD5BC0000, 0x00000000, 0x0000000)

Could someone please tell me how I can get rid of this problem? I tried to start it with safe mode, but it gets the same error.
