Backing up files to CD

Hi~ Having problems backing files in a temporary location to CD. Icon
indicates files are located in temporary location ready for coping to CD.
After clicking specific icon, the File menu does not contain in the drop box
the specified "Write files to CD" selection.
Anyone know why not? Or how to copy files in temp. location to CD. Thanks
