Back button

Hi there,

some websites I visit appear to disable the "back" button in my browser (I
assume this is done via some javascript code). I find this rather annoying,
and was wondering if it was possible to prohibit this behaviour - without
enitirely disabling "javascript".

That is, is it possible to keep javascript enabled, and always allow the
"back" button to work no matter what javascript may say about the "back"
button?

Thanks,
Peter

Does anyone know of a browser that does run javascript, EXCEPT ignore
javascript's commands to disable the back button?

Thanks,
Peter
