autoplay not working

When I connect my USB flash memory, autoplay does not run. Using Windows
Explorer I will right click the item, takes for ever, click AutoPlay select
my action and click "Always do the selected action".

The next time I connect, nothing. I find that "Always do the selected
action" is not clicked.

Is there any way to setup up to work every time?
