I am using Outlook 2000. I have created a autosignature
with an image in it for my email. I am using HTML format
for my email. I have formatted the autosignature in Word.
When I create a new email, the entire body of the email
changes to double spacing. If I highlight all of the body
and change the style to Normal, the email (and
autosignature) appears correctly as single spacing. Each
time I do a new email, I have to do this again and again.
I have set this same autosignature on a number of
computers here at work. All but two work properly. Just
two computers make their emails double spaced every time.
Is there anyone that can tell me what is happening
differently on these two?
I have also tried to create other autosignatures on these
two machines and get the same result. The only way to
stop it from double spacing is to switch to text only or
rich text format. However, these do not allow me to
insert a picture.
Thanks.
