article 821156 discusses the download for the Hotfix
Rollup. Where is the download? I need it to help meet
Section 508 Accessibility guidelines

You have to contact support, as these types of fixes are not tested with all
systems. The call technically has a cost, but, if they determine the rollup
is the problem, you will not be charged.
