Archiving OL98

Client is getting the following message when trying to
archive in Outlook:
"Outlook application:
Archive skips store due to error.
Failed to open a source store"

Please help

It is likely that your folder list still points to a PST that no longer
exists. Make sure that all PSTs in your folder list actually exist. If
not, remove them from the list.
