Archiving errors Outlook 98

following message appears when trying to archive in
Outlook 98:
"Outlook application: Archive skips store due to error.
Failed to open a source store"

please help

Ahh, don't you have a help desk in your department that can provide
this sort of help? What are you doing wasting time out on the internet
when you should be logging a job?
