arc problem

after my computer boots and runs through POST I get an
error message that says "windows could not start because
of the follwing ARC firmware boot configuration problem.
Did not properly generate ARC name for the HAL and system
paths." what do I do to fix this?

Hi,

Boot the WinXP CD, load the Recovery Console, run bootcfg /rebuild from the
command prompt.
