needed to refer any to you because GMail just gave me 6 more invites
today.

Hmm, don't forget that having your mail with GMail runs the risk
of total loss of all your data -- you're depending on Google to
keep it safe, rather than yourself. There was a story on Cnet
or somewhere like that about how a Hotmail user lost all his
mail some time ago... I'd rather be able to backup my data
and not leave it to a third-party.

Sounds like you want safety and security for your email. Fair enough.

BTW, that Hotmail user didn't lose the data himself -- Hotmail lost
it -- he went to access it and all his stuff was gone. When you
factor in 1 GB of data it becomes a question of whether you trust
Google to look after it. I wouldn't, but your mileage may vary.

Go ahead. Find hundreds or thousands more. It doesn't matter.
No one is forcing anyone to use gmail. If you're scared of using it,
then don't use it.

reasons: quick-loading website, 1 GB space, threading, instant
