Anquiro Search as homepage, no more MSN srch results when query typd in addr box

Today when I launched IE,my homepage changed to
www.anquiro.com , and if I typed in a search query in the
address box, it gave me a 404 page, when just yesterday
it took me to the MSN search results page for the query.
Can anyone please help me resolve this? Thank you.

Your machine may be/is infected with spyware/malware. Go
get copies of Ad-Aware and Spybot (both free) and run them.
That should clean your machine.

You might want to consider using a different browswer such
as Firefox, Opera, etc. They all have built-in pop-up
blocking so the ads which install this stuff on your system
don't even appear.

Another option might be to get Googles Toolbar which also
has built-in pop-up blocking.

I already have ad-aware by lavasoft, norton antivirus, as
well as stop-zilla, which is always on block mode. I've
run both ad-aware and norton and they have come up with
nothing. Any other ideas maybe....
