Annoying Pop-ups

Hi, everyone:

Lately, a lot of pop-ups have appeared when I'm
surfing in the Internet, even in pages that I'm sure
doesn't have them. This has become a major problem for
me. I guess somehow my computer's been track or something
because they just appeared recently, they are exactly the
same ads, and they have nothing to do with the web-page I
was looking. I'm not really convinced of the efficiency
of a pop-up ad killer, but if someone has it and it has
prove useful, please let me now. Also, if someone knows
how does this ads managed to get into my computer and how
to get rid of them, I will be more than grateful if you
tell me. Thank you.

Hi,
the easiest solution I found was to install Google tool
bar which has an inbuilt pop-up blocker. I found it great.
